Michael is very good at his job and always ensures that he meets deadlines. He prides himself in learning how to complete tasks and then being able to reproduce this on his own. He does not shy away from a challenge and appreciates guidance when given. Michael interacts both well with service users and carers and ensures that he is respecting their choice. He adjusts his communication depending on the audience which is especially important with the client group we are working with. He speaks with simple words when needed and with not too long sentences, being clear and concise Michael works in a person centred way ensuring she gives choices and asks opinions of those we support. He is committed to his role to promote as full a life as possible for those in his care. Eva works very well as part of a team as well as on her own initiative. She communicates openly with other team members and has shown her flexibility when covering short notice shifts and is always willing to help others. She is willing to sacrifice and change her plans to meet service needs when emergencies arise. Eva communicates with external agencies on a regular basis and ensures that this is professional and clear. She uses our online portal system, email and telephone throughout her working day. She has the necessary IT skills. I wish her the best in her new journey .

We have had Michael on a number of special assignments of looking after Clients on end of Life and other complex cases. Michael has been a blessing to the family, providing experienced support to the 88 year old stage 4 cancer patient. Michael is a good communicator, mature and does his work with alot of care. He takes time to understand an assignment and delivers very well. He works well with clients of all age groups and is highly recommended on our team.
